Raoul Hinder
For the last 8 years Raoul Hinder has been running and building up the Family Office Portfolio Consulting in Zurich, mainly caring for the needs of a U.K. based Family.
He ran the business from scratch; founding the company for the shareholder and setting up the office. He has been hiring, managing and motivating up to 7 professionals, building technology and its related optimized processes and risk management / consolidation services.
He mainly focussed on a) consulting the family and family members on strategy & family matters, b) selecting the most qualified asset managers (manager due diligence), c) consolidating all assets on a virtual global custody platform and d) lead projects related to direct investments.
Since 2007 Raoul has been organizing and running the Single Family Office round table. Idea: Family Officers meet to exchange experience, share deals and talented managers. He started the round table with 6 Family Officers, today there are 25 members.
Prior to building up the Family Office in Zurich Raoul has been with a Private Bank start up and UBS Investment Bank London structuring risk management solutions for UBS private bank, Swiss, Austrian and German institutional clients.
Raoul has been 27 years in finance and investment banking. He gathered extensive and in depth knowledge within Wealth Management, Corporate Finance and Risk Management. Additionally he is experienced in managing people, running and building up a companies as an entrepreneur.
